We source our Cocoa directly from farmers in the High Ranges of Kerala, along the Western Ghats, where the best Cocoa grows. We handpick the finest of the beans and ensure it is well fermented, sun dried and sorted. We use these beans to make our Cocoa Mass or CocoaLiquor.
